Trainwreck - 20% THC - Sativa Dominant Hybrid
aka: No Mas
Trainwreck marijuana strain got it's name back in the 1970's. The story is that Trainwreck was first bred in the mountains of Mexico,it was a hybrid from a Santa Marta sativa provided by a group of gringos combined with a group of hippies that provided some Vietnam War gear.
It is said a group of gringos and a group of hippies collaborated to prepare this strain. After 5 years of testing, the gringo/hippie combo found that the strain they strive for, calling it" No Mas" (No More). Distribution of the first batch was sent to far north of Canada on donkey cart to the California border, then by train up to northern Canada, then from there a canoe ride to the trappers shack.
While the train was passing through Northern California it was involved in a fatal accident wreck scattering its cargo for miles, all the hippies were killed and the gringos lived for 2 hours.
Before dying, two people were spotted 50 yards away to the left. The people were called over and were explained about nearby clones. The people became new breeders and decided to call the weed "Trainwreck".
As the name says it all, a very strong sativa with a great head high that some say "hit you like a Trainwreck". The buds are light green small compact dense buds covered with orange hairs and bright trichomes. The taste and odor is spicy and earthy with a hint of skunk.
